Welcome to your CAA Member Portal

Welcome to the CAA Members Portal

​

This is where you can manage your membership subscription, keep track of the CAA events you have registered for (and access Member discounts or Member-only events), manage your profile, and find out how to take advantage of the partnership discounts you are entitled to (these may vary depending on your level of membership).

 

When signed into your account you'll be able to view all Member-only resources and content on the News and Resources page and when you register for events any member discounts will automatically get added.

Please note: You must be logged in using the email address that you registered as a Member or Supporter with

If you login using the social platform options and they use a different email to the one attached to your membership, then the system will not recognise your membership and you will not be able to view the Member-only content or access member discounts. 

​

Check out our list of members - if you are a franchisee of a member company, you are automatically a member too! All you need to do is get in touch and we can add you to the account.

Numbers for ARAG's legal and counselling helplines, and Citation's Health & Safety helpline are on the Member tab.

FAQs and Troubleshooting​​


I didn't get the "Create Your New Password" Email

If you didn't receive the email from the Children's Activities Association with the subject "Create Your Password" follow these instructions:

  • Check your spam folder in your inbox

  • If it's not there, click on Member Portal Log In in the top right of the website header 

  • Click login with email

  • Then select the Forgot password? link

  • Enter the email address that you used to sign up as a CAA Member or Supporter

  • Hit the Reset Password button

  • You'll then be sent an email where you can reset your password (If you don't receive this email either please email JHearn@childrensactivitiesassociation.org)

  • You can then log in either in the top right of the website header, or by clicking the pink Sign up or log in to the CAA Member Portal button at the top of this page.

​How do I know if I'm logged in?

If you see the words Member Login in your header bar, you aren't logged in. Just click on it and enter your email and password (or click sign up if you've not set them yet).​

If you see a circle with your profile name in, something like the image below, then you're logged in already!

​All you need to do is click on the drop-down arrow and you'll be able to access your account.

​​Can't access the Member-only resources?

Firstly, check that you are logged in with the same email address that you used to sign up with us (it's best to use the Sign up with email option instead of Google or Facebook to be sure).

 

If this doesn't work, you may not be attached to the Member Company account. Drop us an email with your name, company and work email address and we'll look into it and get back to you. (This process is much quicker if your email domain matches the domain on the existing member account - especially if you are a franchisee and your franchisor purchased the CAA membership).
